Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of PowerExams digital access plans. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Purchases are processed by Creem, our merchant of record.

Digital products — all sales are final

PowerExams sells digital access to exam-preparation content. Because your purchase grants immediate, full access to the questions, exams, and study tools included in your plan, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where a specific written guarantee is clearly stated for the plan you bought.

Before you buy, we encourage you to review the free sample content and the description of what each plan includes so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Access duration and cancellation

Access plans are one-time purchases that grant access for a fixed period (for example, 1, 3, or 6 months). They are not auto-renewing subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the period you purchased expires. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Plan-specific guarantees

If a particular plan is offered with an explicit written guarantee (for example, a pass guarantee) at the time of purchase, the terms of that guarantee — including any eligibility requirements and how remedies are provided — govern for that plan and are honored accordingly.

Duplicate charges and billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or did not receive the access you paid for, contact us at hello@powerexams.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate promptly and, where a genuine billing error occurred, work with our payment provider to correct it.

Legally required refunds

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. Where such laws apply, we honor them.
